 Today everyone got a chance to catch up on work.We had the option to finish common lit or any other assignments we recently did and didn’t turn in. I ended up finishing my commonlit earlier because I needed the points. I’m proud of that , hopefully I pass my final. Have a nice weekend !:D

 Today we got to read ‘The Yellow Wallapaper,’ each class had their own book and had to read it. After that you were supposed to answer some questions. We also got to watch it on youtube before class ended. It was a little short movie about a girl was was recovering from a depression and which her husband put her in a room with ugly yellow wallpaper with a pattern as well but there was something off about it. She then starts to see a shadow in the wall, she was really scared but her husband didn’t do much. One day she ended up going around and tearing up all the yellow wallpaper which then led to her husband checking up on her but she ended up locking her room and throwing  the keys out the window once he opened the door he sees all the torn up walls and his wife covered with what looked like blood and he falls to the floor..

 Today we talked about the book The Yellow Wallpaper and went over it again. We had to ask some questions from the book and then find the answers to our questions in the book as well. As a class we got to do 3 of those questions together. One question I asked was, ‘How do we know the narrator completely loses her mind ?’ The answer is because she started to speak in 3rd person as if she was not herself.

There was this one time I was talking about favorite snacks, and someone mentioned how they loved making homemade granola. It was just a casual comment. It made me realize that it's the little things, like creating something with your own hands, that can bring so much joy and satisfaction. It was a small moment, but it stuck with me, reminding me to appreciate those simple pleasures.
